Fill The Cup, LLC has a very simple privacy policy that protects the privacy of the charities, schools, teams, and other organizations we serve, as well as all their supporters who use Fill The Cup to reach online merchant Web sites. We do not collect any personal information of any kind, and Fill The Cup does not create any cookies on your computer.  Furthermore, Fill The Cup does not provide any personal information to any other party, and does not collect or use any information for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other spam.

When you use our service to shop at an online merchant and you click on a link to the merchant's site, we simply redirect you to that merchant's site and include an indicator to the merchant as to which organization you wish to benefit from your shopping.  Fill The Cup does not collect any information about you or your shopping activities.  Fill The Cup receives periodic notifications from merchants that someone shopped on their site, generating a commission to help support the specified organization.  On a regular schedule Fill The Cup sends notices and payments to the beneficiary organizations, indicating which merchants were visited and what commissions were generated in support of the organization.  Again, no personal information of any kind is collected or provided by Fill The Cup.


However, please be aware that due to the nature of online shopping, each merchant you visit may need or choose to collect information about you.  You should be certain to review the privacy policy of any merchant you choose to visit.  Additionally, merchants may place a cookie on your computer, which is usually helpful for the merchant to track when you return to them.
